Racer Feedback Survey 2007
This survey is intended to gather some basic information from the current and past participants of MCA races about the race experience in Manitoba. The information will then be reviewed and then presented to the MCA board and staff for their review. Our hope is that we can provide some good ideas and possibly address any valid issues or concerns of the participants. Our intention is to HELP the MCA and give them some productive feedback on what is working and what the priorities should be.
It is not possible to address every concern, but we hope that we can give the MCA some clear recommendations to help the racing scene in Manitoba remain competitive, retain current racers, attract new racers while addressing the needs of ALL LEVELS of competition.
If you are a Junior, we really want your input and help. You are the future of the sport and probably where it needs to grow the most. Even just pick and choose the questions you think apply to you, but please give us your valued input.
If you are a past racer, who no longer participates, we really need your input. Please take the time to answer as many question as possible. If you are NOT a racer, but are interested in racing, please feel free to fill out any the questions you feel would help us address your concerns.
Please remember, the MCA board is entirely volunteer based. They work many hours, with very limited resources and the intent is to be POSITIVE and productive, to address the needs of EVERY racer at EVERY level. Thank you for your time and participation.
